Mintlify docs refresh for REST/OpenAPI, README rewrites, and infrastructure fixes.

Docs catch up to REST. The Mintlify documentation site and all READMEs have been rewritten to cover REST/OpenAPI scanning, the --fail-on-high CI gate, and updated architecture.

Changed

  • docs.usedino.dev refresh — REST/OpenAPI tenant configuration, quickstart guide, CLI scan reference, agent architecture, health scores, and FAQ. Node 22+ prerequisite documented. Custom llms.txt for AI agent discovery.
  • README rewrites — CLI (npm) and repo (GitHub) READMEs rewritten with "the quality layer for APIs" positioning. Four pillars: security, correctness, documentation, lifecycle.

Fixed

  • npm provenance verification now works correctly with the public repo URL.
  • Jest memory usage stabilized on CI runners.
