1. Uptime commitment
Dino will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Dino service available at least 99.9% of the time each calendar month, measured as Monthly Uptime Percentage, excluding the exclusions in Section 4.
2. Definitions
- Monthly Uptime Percentage means total minutes in the month, minus Downtime minutes, divided by total minutes in the month.
- Downtime means a period in which the core Dino service is unavailable, as measured by Dino's monitoring, excluding the items in Section 4.
3. Service credits
If Dino does not meet the uptime commitment in a month, you may request a service credit:
| Monthly Uptime Percentage | Service credit |
|---|---|
| Below 99.9% and at or above 99.0% | 10% of that month's fees |
| Below 99.0% and at or above 95.0% | 25% of that month's fees |
| Below 95.0% | 50% of that month's fees |
Service credits are your sole and exclusive remedy for an availability failure. To claim, contact support@usedino.dev within 30 days of the end of the affected month.
4. Exclusions
Downtime does not include unavailability caused by: scheduled maintenance announced in advance; emergency maintenance; factors outside Dino's reasonable control, including failures of your own systems, the target API being scanned, or your self-hosted runners; your breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; or events of force majeure.
5. Support response targets
