Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Dino Terms of Service and applies to every user of Dino and to all use of the service.

You must not use Dino to:

  1. Test, scan, or send traffic to any system you do not own or are not authorized to test. Authorization is governed by our Authorization to Test Policy.
  2. Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
  3. Exfiltrate, retain, or use data you are not entitled to.
  4. Violate any applicable law or regulation, or any agreement you have with a third party, including a target's owner or hosting provider.
  5. Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  6. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Dino, its infrastructure, or other customers' use of Dino.
  7. Circumvent or attempt to circumvent Dino's security, tenant isolation, rate limits, or usage controls.
  8. Probe, scan, or test the security of Dino's own systems, except as permitted by our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
  9. Extract Dino's underlying models, prompts, or methods to build a competing product.
  10. Upload, process, or distribute malware.
  11. Use Dino in a way that harms any person or misuses personal data.

Credentials

You are responsible for the credentials you configure in Dino, and you must not configure credentials you are not authorized to use. See our Credential Handling page.

Fair use

Your use is subject to the limits of your plan. Do not attempt to evade plan limits, usage metering, or quotas.

Enforcement

Dino may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this policy. Where a violation poses a risk of harm or legal exposure, Dino may act without prior notice and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
